Badger Surveys

Our staff can undertake initial badger presence/absence walkovers of a site and where necessary carry out detailed bait marking and mapping. 

Should a badger sett be found on your site, we can provide a suitable mitigation strategy to ensure legal compliance for the works. 

Where badger setts can be retained, we will work with you on project design and providing a method statement to undertake the works in as sensitive manner as possible. However, if the loss of a sett is unavoidable, we can assist with applying for a licence to close the sett, undertaking the necessary exclusion works and providing a mitigation plan.
